We are using different types of raw materials for making our backfill compound like :
Graphite (grade 90%)
Bentonite (sodium Based)
Aluminium Oxide (grade 40%-42%)
Additional Chemical Premix
Graphite : Graphite is a mineral consisting of graphitic carbon. It varies considerably in crystallinity. Most commercial (natural) graphite are mined and often contain other minerals. Subsequent to mining the graphite often requires a considerable amount of mineral processing such as froth flotation to concentrate the graphite. Natural graphite is an excellent conductor of electricity.
Bentonite : The bentonite is basically a natural clay.In chemical earthing bentonite is used as an earth electrode backfill to help lower soil resistivity. The bentonite clay is a sodium activated monotmorillionite which when mixed water swells to many times its original volume. Usually bentonite having capacity of water holding and its help to protect earthing breakage.
Aluminium Oxide : Aluminium Oxide is a chemical of aluminium and oxygen with the chemical formula AL203.It is the most commonly occurring of several aluminium oxide. It is commonly called alumina and many also the called aloxide, aloxite or alundum depending on particular forms or applications.
Iron Oxides : Iron Oxides are chemical compounds composed of iron and oxygen. Iron Oxide or ferric oxide is the inorganic compound with the formula Fe203.
Copper Sulphate : Is the chemical compound with formula CuSO4 and is a sulphate salt of copper.
Activated Carbon : Activated carbon also called activated charcoal is a form of carbon processed to have small, low volume pores that increase the surface area available for adsorption or chemical reaction. Activated is sometimes substituted with active.
